Manage who can sign in and which modules each person can open. Management has full access to everything. Admin always has CRM (Private / HDB / Cold), Listings and Lead Tools — grant Dashboard and Commissions as needed. Agent access is granted per-module. Everyone can always open the Enablement Program. Team leaders/members (and the access their team grants) are managed in Team Management; email alerts on the Notifications page.
